Today is the celebration of Swedish midsummer, my personal favorite holiday of the year.

I hope you’re somewhere where you can enjoy a long evening of dinner with friends, because even if you’re not in Sweden, celebrating the arrival of summer is a must.

I made a cake in celebration, because summer deserves its own cake.

Well, it’s more of a tart really. And it involves a crust made of nuts and a filling made with olive oil, honey and yogurt. And it’s so tasty.
